Are you registered yet for the Darmstadt edition of the ActInSpace® hackathon on 18-19 November 2022? We cannot wait to welcome you to Darmstadt (either in person or virtually) and see what great ideas you come up with!

The challenges are set, prizes have been announced, and the event agenda is online – all that is left to do is for you to register and participate! Find out more on our event website:

To summarise the most important information: Our local edition of the international innovation competition will take place on 18./19. November – within 24 hours, participants will team up and design innovative solutions to real-life problems based on space technology and data.

There will be a virtual Pre-Hackathon on Friday, 11. November, where you will have the chance of getting to know some of the other participants, find team-members and decide on a challenge to work on.

Due to its hybrid format, you will be able to choose whether you'd like to take part in the hackathon remotely or join us in person at our event space in Darmstadt.

There are several challenges that you can work on with your team during the hackathon, they are all already uploaded, so feel free to take a look at them here: If you cannot find a challenge that you want to work on you may also bring your own "space challenge" to the hackathon - however, please note that you will then only be eligible for our national, not the international prizes.

We are already looking forward to the many brilliant ways you will come up with to make use of space technology and space data at the AIS 2022 in Darmstadt!
