You have a fantastic opportunity to talk about the technical ins and outs of your innovations! At ESOC’s next Innovation Café (a monthly event to encourage exchange within departments and with external guests) you will have the opportunity to participate in an exhibition exclusive to ESA BIC start-ups, with some of you further being allowed to pitch in front of ESOC staff and external partners.

You may know how to build a story but do you know the right techniques to own the stage? Get ready for a vibrant workshop and a speaker who is part of the TED talk team in Frankfurt. Further infos will be provided via our internal e-mail list.

This high-profile event for space-related investment opportunities aims at connecting European private and public investors with high-profile start-ups and scale-ups from the ESA network. Join us to find out why space is such an interesting field to invest in and learn more about current highlights from the space start-up community! Many exciting presentations await you as well as panel discussions with investors from various sectors, statements from decision makers, a keynote speech by ESA Astronaut Michael Maurer, and many opportunities to network.

Space4SmartCities Workshop  im Rahmen des ESA Business Applications Programms

Vor dem Hintergrund der rasanten Urbanisierung spielt das Thema „Smart City“ in vielen Städten eine zentrale Rolle. Die Probleme und Herausforderungen betreffen eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Akteure und Branchen. Auch die Raumfahrt kann einen wichtigen Beitrag zu Lösungen leisten.

Nach der Paneldiskussion mit Städtevertreter, Agenturen und Unternehmen über aktuelle Herausforderungen stellen Unternehmen in Kurzvorträgen Ihre bereits vorhandenen Lösungen, die Raumfahrttechnologien bzw -daten integrieren vor. Anschließend werden gemeinsam Ideen für neue Lösungen entwickelt.

Die Teilnahme am Event ist kostenfrei. Bei Nichterscheinen ohne Stornierung wird eine Gebühr von 60€ erhoben. Die Stornierung muss vor dem 08.04.2024 erfolgen.
